Authorization to officiate wedding on air has been refused

Luton authorities turned down EasyJet request to officiate weddings on air.
The plan would have seen EasyJet pilots officiating over the ceremonies across European skies.
Easyjet communications manager Andrew McConnell said the airline was “very disappointed.”
“It would appear that faceless bureaucrats in windowless offices have scuppered the dreams of many who wished to get married in the air,” he said.
